PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed upon receipt. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Due to COVID-19 we are only going twice a week to the post office. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders placed on major holidays. We do not ship packages on Holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking emails are sent to the email provided on your order and it can take up to 24-48 hours to be updated. Note: packages may take 1-2 extra days to be delivered due to COVID-19.

HIGH CRIME THEFT AREA

If you live in a high crime theft area please make sure to request a "Signature required" delivery through notes or email where it will only be released to you if you sign for it (post office will hold it for you if you are unavailable for approximately 7 business days).

PRE-ORDERS

 If you place a "pre-order" the entire order will not ship until all items are ready. If you wish to receive the other items first. You must place separate orders. 

Damages/Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced, or damage packages, or any shipping deliveries that may be affected by events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature, including packages delivered to the wrong address.  If for any reasons your package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for shipping back again. If your tracking says delivered, please make sure to contact USPS for more information. USPS customer service phone number: 1(800) 275-8777.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. This means all products are final sale. By using our site you are accepting these terms. If an item is damaged upon receipt, we will exchange it for the same product, once we receive the damaged package at our warehouse. You have 48 hours from the time you accept the package to email us a photo of the damaged the product to venturelashesofficial@gmail.com. May sure to include your name, last name, order number and an explanation of why you need an exchange. Package must be returned on the same condition it was received. All seals must be intact and it cannot be used. It must be on the original packaging.

Free Shipping to Canada, Mexico & United Kingdom on orders over $65

International orders will arrive within 1-9 weeks.
The same rules apply for worldwide shipping the only difference is the arrival time.
Please note that we are not responsible or any additional customs duty taxes your home country charges. International orders may be subject to additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
