Shipping, returns and exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed from Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced, or damage packages, or any shipping deliveries that may be affected by events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. 

Packages returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost. 

Venture Lashes is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

If you live at a high crime theft area please make sure to request a "Signature Required" delivery through the notes at checkout or email venturelashesofficial@gmail.com. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Venture Lashes does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

If an item is damaged upon receipt, we will exchange it for the same product, once we receive the damaged package at our facility. You have 48 hours from the time you receive your package for you to contact us at @venturelashesofficial@gmail.com
